Tortilla chips are a snack food, made from corn tortillas, they are cut into wedge shapes and then fried. It is a Mexican dish, which is also known as tostados. Tortilla chips are often served with salsa, as pictured. It is almost quitessential in Mexican cuisine. Pictured are tortilla chips with salsa brava.
